Let’s be frank – whether we admit it or not, we all long to know what the
future holds. It is this nagging curiosity that urged me to see my first
fortune-teller many years ago. Later I began exploring the magical world of the
cards on my own, studying their basic meaning initially, then gradually
immersing myself in the rich symbology they hold until their secrets unfolded
one by one before my probing mind.

seem to the superficial observer. Of the many types of fortune-telling decks I
like the Gypsy and Lenormand ones the best, because they are
excellent aids in self-discovery. With the Gypsy Cards being the most “chatty”
of all, it is easy for the skilled reader to gain guidance concering all
aspects of life.
The Gypsy Cards are not only perfect for fortune-telling, they can also be
effectively used for mapping up positive and negative energy-dynamics in a
person’s life, and for obtaining suggestions for resolutions of energetically
tense or downright negative situations. They can help us get a perspective of
past life-events, whilst they can also give us an insight into upcoming life
situations. Cards are fun if one knows how to use them, but we should not
forget „every man is the architect of his own fortune”!
